Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and Tez777 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at tez777.cam ("the Site"). Account Registration

To access the full range of Tez777 services, you must register a single personal account. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active account on the Tez777 platform. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated balances may be forfeited.

Tez777 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons. Accounts registered using false, misleading or incomplete information will be suspended immediately upon discovery.

Terms of Use

By using the Tez777 platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any other form of artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets or exploit game mechanics.

Tez777 monitors platform activity to detect prohibited behaviour. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, and associated funds may be withheld pending investigation. Tez777 reserves the right to report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on Tez777 is governed by the specific rules applicable to each product type, which are published on the relevant product pages of the platform. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming services:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Tez777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except in circumstances where the platform has made a manifest error.
• In the event of a technical fault or manifest error affecting odds, game outcomes or bet settlement, Tez777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant accounts.

Tez777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or close any betting market at any time without prior notice. In all disputed settlement cases, the decision of Tez777's trading team is final, subject to any formal dispute resolution process outlined in these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

Tez777 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions or other incentive programmes to eligible Users. All promotional offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual offer:

• Promotional offers are available to eligible registered Users only, unless otherwise specified. Tez777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the Tez777 platform are processed in accordance with the following conditions:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tez777 and its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other intangible losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors or interruptions.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data, where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• Any conduct or content of third parties on or relating to the platform.
• Any gambling losses incurred through lawful use of the platform, where such losses result from your own decisions and wagering activity.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits Tez777's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Termination

Tez777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any supplementary policy incorporated herein.
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete information during registration or any KYC process.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse or any other conduct that threatens the integrity of the platform.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from Tez777.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion or account closure request from the account holder.
• Any legal or regulatory obligation that requires Tez777 to restrict access.

Upon termination for cause, Tez777 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds held in the account. Real Money Funds will be returned to the User following completion of applicable verification and AML checks, except where forfeiture is required by law or where funds are the subject of an ongoing fraud or abuse investigation.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Tez777 holds its operating licence. Tez777 does not represent that it operates under Pakistani law or that it is subject to the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts. In the event of any dispute between a User and Tez777, we encourage Users to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an amicable resolution. Amendments

Tez777 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time.
